Amanda Donohoe

Donohoe was born in London, the daughter of an antique dealer. In the late 1980s she decided to move to Los Angeles to expand her acting career. Amanda first came to attention of the worldwide audience in 1986 when she was cast as Lucy Irvine in Castaway (where she appeared nude in some sequences of the movie - all of which are shown on this page). She followed this up with roles in two films (that also showed her nude) The Lair of the White Worm and The Rainbow.  In February 1991, she took part in the first lesbian kiss on American television when her character CJ Lamb on L A Law kissed Abbie Perkins played by Michelle Greene. In the Spring of 2001 she played the role of Mrs. Robinson on the London stage where she also appeared completely nude. She has worked steadily since that time but our appreciation is for her shapely derriere which has been shown in all of her nude roles. She was 24 years old when she did her stunning nude scenes in Castaway which was her first starring role and one that established her name in the hearts of men worldwide.
